This is the routine that these dogs undergo few times a day. This is unusual and very rare to see so many dogs being fed at the same time. By the looks of it,  they get some dried food and some chicken. The chicken dogs have to compete for because it is not enough it seems for every dog. And then once that is gone, then everyone is scrambling to get everything else.
