Bennett was at a local shelter one day and there, she met Baloo. The little kitten loved Bennett the first time they met and even went running towards her the moment she was allowed out of her cage. After signing the paperwork, Bennett came home with Baloo.

Now you might think Henry would be mad, or aloof of the new family member, but Baloo adored the family dog dearly and they instantly became the best of friends.

Everywhere Henry is, you’ll find Baloo somewhere close. Their parents learned soon enough how attached Baloo was to Henry. When they would take Henry hiking, Baloo would start crying, as if begging to be taken with them.

Every time they take Henry’s leash, she would make herself known and would refuse to be left behind. Eventually, Bennett places Baloo on a harness and took their cat and dog hiking.

It was an unforgettable experience as Baloo was a natural. One time, Bennett decided to take a pic of her dog and cat – with Baloo on top of Henry’s head. Henry made sure his brother does slip, while Baloo just laid on his brother’s neck, with his arms on either side of Henry’s face and Baloo’s head on to of his head.

To say their mom was delighted was an understatement. Who wouldn’t when your dog and cat got along so well, they were more than friends and brothers.

Nowadays, their little family still loves going outdoors for a nice hiking adventure. Henry would always come, and of course, the little Siamese mix would make sure he gets to go on adventures too.

This wonderful story has been viewed for millions of times already, and already have received tons of likes and comments. This just proves that it doesn’t matter if nature or your genes were meant to hate each other. As long as there are love and understanding, a beautiful relationship can thrive anytime. For this cat and dog, they found the meaning of true love and companionship in each other’s hands.

Now, who says cats and dogs are mortal enemies? Some may have a love-hate relationship with the other, but the power of love would always win. If a cat and a dog can be friends, why can’t we do the same?
