Despite Everything This Poor Abandoned Dog Is Still Waiting For His Family
The neighborhood around the North River Drive and 10th Avenue is not new to abandoned dogs. The locality is not upscale and the residents are not the most influential. They have developed a practice of helping one another. The same approach is applied to abandoned dogs as well, since the residents are avid dog lovers. Most residents close to the street corner have chipped in with something. They have given food and blankets. They refill the water. They have tried to get close to the dog but he growls and runs away. For now, the locals are trying to get familiar with the dog so he begins to trust them.
The local animal shelters and rescues have not responded to calls. The locals are not surprised since they are accustomed with sorting their own problems within the community, including caring for abandoned dogs. The locals are willing to pay for any vet bills and to complete any formality needed. They realize the dog needs a foster home. They are looking for help, so is the dog.
