Little by little, Loreat made her way closer to the dog, but the poodle was clearly frightened and kept barking. She inched closer and closer until she was only a foot away. She waited patiently for the dog to get used to her and Eldad’s presence and kept on throwing bits of food.

The poor dog was very nervous and afraid that he kept on retreating to the bushes. A few minutes later, they introduced the gentle snare. The dog minimized his barking but any movement scares him, so gentle snare was no longer an option.

They patiently waited for the stray poodle to calm down, but another hindrance came their way. Gardeners came 30 minutes later, and their loud equipment made him even more nervous than before.

45 minutes later, he started to calm down and even ate the food that Loreta offered him on her hand, but the patient rescuers are starting to run out of food. They are starting to get worried that the dog would run away once it realizes they no longer have no food to offer. The two discussed the only option they have left, and it might not end well.

She grabbed the poodle by its neck and tried to put the lucky leash on him while saying soothing words to the dog. However, the dog was terribly frightened and retorted to fight back.

She was unable to put the leash on him, and he managed to bite Loreta a couple of times! But brave as she is, she refused to let go. Eldad stepped in and grabbed the stray poodle on its neck to prevent him from making further damages on Loreta. She managed to place the gentle snare on the dog after the intense battle.
