Man Beheads 7 Dogs, And Only Gets Prison Sentence

The clips were part of the prosecution wherein Brown is heard boasting of his action, calling his place ‘Jason’s house of pain’, he says that he would like to make a jacket out of the severed and killed dogs, the dogs are heard crying in pain and yet there is no regret or any sigh from Jason.
Jason Brown has been convicted and sentenced for up to 28 years in a state prison with a minimum of eleven years without parole. This is one of the most stringent punishments to have been delivered for cruelty towards animals and it was called for. Around the country, puppy mills, and animal abusers get away with small fines and often with just a promise that they will rectify their mistakes. Most don’t pay any fine and don’t get imprisoned.
