News Crew Was Filming A Story About Fallen Soldier’s Dog When This Happens! I Am Speechless!

When 20/20 was at their home doing a story on the rescue of Hero from Iraq and his relocation to the Rollins family home, the camera woman caught something absolutely spectacular on film. The day was dark, dreary, and rainy without a ray of sunlight in sight. She spent the morning talking with the Rollins family on camera and they expressed how much it meant to them to be able to cradle Hero knowing that their son cradled him, as well. They expressed the sadness they felt over losing their son, and the joy they felt over having a piece of him with them in his last companion. Most of all, they expressed their thankfulness that the Army did all they could to bring Hero to them.

It was at this point that Hero wandered to the end of the porch and stopped for a moment. As he stood there, a beautiful ray of sunshine peaked through the clouds almost surrounding Hero in glorious light. To the camerawoman and to Justin’s family, this was surely a sign that Justin loved them, was watching over them, and was protecting them always. It was a sign to them that he may be a fallen soldier in this world, but he is their angel soldier guarding them day and night from Heaven. Though many have disagreed that this truly was a sign from Justin, the ray of light on Hero brought incredible Hope to Justin’s family, and that is what truly matters.
