I finally saw the video and it’s a very sweet story. However glad I am that he got his dog back, I think it does show a very good reason for a leash on your dog at all times not in the house!

The problem here is that fireworks need to be banned all over this country PERIOD>
He should have had the dog on a leash with fireworks going on. Also, when the owner picked the dog up he drove him back home on a little motorcycle not even holding him
