Dogs, cats, other animals and humans alike need a special someone. We all seek one who will have our back no matter what. This two dog’s story just proves that the power of love and friendship goes a very long way. It doesn’t matter if the whole world is against you. It doesn’t matter if all odds are against you. All that matters is that someone who will never leave your side no matter what happens.

It’s true that depending on someone too much is not healthy. You also don’t need someone to complete you. We should learn how to be happy amongst ourselves – but what we do need is someone who will compliment and appreciate our completeness. Standing by yourself is good, but having someone to lean on is better. As social creatures, we need at least one whom we can depend on.

I’m just glad these two found each other, and that they soon find a home – together. However, more dogs and other pets have not been rescued. Many are still roaming the streets, abandoned places and are even alone somewhere who knows where. I hope one day no dog, cats or any other pets will be left abandoned, neglected or abused. I hope that day comes soon, very soon.
