The officer pulled out his service gun and started aiming at Cliff’s dog posing as if ready to shot and kill the dog. That was when Hupp’s daughter, Tiffanie, stepped in between the officer and the dog. The officer decided to attack the young woman as he seemed offended by Tiffanie’s intrusion.

He slammed Tiffanie into the ground in front of her 4-year-old son. They charged the young woman with misdemeanor obstruction.

As if that was not enough insult, the city is trying to manipulate Tiffanie. They are forcing her to use the service of a public appointed lawyer that can, without a doubt, cause the conflict of interest.
Hupp noted that their request for a new defender was denied. What was disturbing is that they were actually given a counsel who was married to a state trooper. Another is the fact they cannot file a lawsuit because the state trooper did not inflict any physical injury to Tiffanie.
 
To think that the dog is wagging his tail, calmed down almost immediately on its own, did not even growl and was definitely chained. This only means it poses no potential threat towards the officers or anyone. This is the reality, and it shows just how real puppycide is.
